She possesses a perfect blend of technical and business knowledge that allows her to identify key problem areas of the business via process re-engineering and workshop based techniques. She pays close attention to the core functions and processes of the business, and works closely with the key SMEs/Stakeholders to better understand the problem areas. With a combination of user driven inputs, workshops, process redesigning and other tools and techniques, she challenges herself and the business to come up with effective and streamlined processes that can be translated into workable IT solutions. With extensive experience across both SDLC and Agile she brings a unique blend of skills to make any project successful.

Kavita is an accomplished Technology and Business consultant with 15 years of experience within the IT and Telecommunications domain. She possesses a perfect blend of technical and business knowledge that allows her to identify key problem areas of the business. Once she identifies the problem areas, her keen attention to detail and domain knowledge allows her to come up with practical and cost effective solutions that provide long terms benefits to the enterprise.
